Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate Day 2 Results (PDF)
PALM DESERT, Calif.. --- Cal State Fullerton currently sits in a tie for 11th place after 36 holes at the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate hosted by the University of Wyoming at the Classic Club in Palm Desert, Calif.
The Titans shot a 13-over 301 on Saturday, falling six spots from where they started the day and sit tied for 11th place with South Dakota State heading into Sunday's final round. No. 10 Oregon continues to lead the tournament as the Ducks sit at 23-under for the tournament, four strokes ahead of No. 24 Colorado. No. 7 Kansas sits in third at 7-under while No. 4 Texas Tech is right behind at 6-under.
Jack Ireland continues to pace the Titans as he sits in a tie for 20th place. He shot a 2-over 74 on Saturday and is currently at an even-par 144 for the tournament.
Mark Cobey, Ty Stites and Martin Manalo round out the team scoring as they all sit with identical scores of 150, 6-over for the tournament. Matt Wilson shot a 9-over 81 on Saturday and sits at 158 through 36 holes.
Fullerton will wrap up the tournament Sunday with a shotgun start scheduled for 7 a.m.
