Competed in six of Fullerton’s 10 events…best finish of the year was a tie for sixth at the Folino Invitational on Feb. 16-17 with a 4-over-par 220 (68-76-76). 

SANTIAGO CANYON COLLEGE
Competed two seasons at Santiago Canyon College under head coach Tom Shine in the OEC Conference…team finished second in the conference in 2012-13…garnered most valuable player honor after the Hawks finished first in the conference following the 2013-14 season.

HIGH SCHOOL
Played for the Monarchs of Mater Dei High School under head coach Ollie Martin in the Trinity League…team finished second in CIF Southern Sections in 2009-10 and followed that up as champions in 2010-11.

PERSONAL?
Born in Yorba Linda, Calif…parents are Darla and Michael Mendoza…communications major…one sister (Micala)…career goals include winning a team and individual title at CSF and eventually turning professional to play on the PGA tour…hobbies and outside interests include hanging out with friends, playing ping pong, bowling and fishing…who has had the most influence on your career: support from parents at a young age…chose Fullerton because “my mother (Darla) is a Titan Alum and not only wanted to carry on the tradition, but felt the golf program was a good fit for me.”
