AS A FRESHMAN • 2013
Competed in six events, two as an individual, for the Titans during the 2012-13 season as a freshman...finished 18th and shot a career tournament-best 215 and career round-best 68 at the Del Walker Intercollegiate on Feb. 25-26, 2013 in Long Beach, Calif...had a scoring average of 76.39 in 18 rounds. 

HIGH SCHOOL
Was a four-year letterman at Brea-Olinda High School for the Wildcats and Coach Ken Lutz… advanced to the CIF playoffs as a junior and senior, and won first-team all-league honors as a senior.

PERSONAL
Born in Fountain Valley, Calif…parents are Charles and Amy Choe…has a brother, Bryan…kinesiology major…teaching pro is Dave Hutchens…best career round was an 8-under-par 64 at Retreat Country Club…goal is “to have the greatest college career possible to represent Cal State Fullerton in an amazing way and to later become a full-time member of the PGA Tour, where I can hopefully dominate the game”….credits his father for most influence on his golf career:  “he has been there for me every step of the way and is the one who has pushed me to be as mentally strong as possible.”
