Detroit, Mich. - Former Cal State Fullerton guard Josh Akognon scored 5 points and his Reese's All-Star team won by 5 points, 105-100, over the Hershey's All-Stars in the Hershey's All-Star Game Friday afternoon at Ford Field.

Akognon fouled out and played only 16 minutes, fewest on his squad. Tyrese Rice of Boston College led the Reese's with 24 points and Jermaine Taylor of Central Florida was the MVP for the Hershey's with 23 points. Attendance was 7,147 in the matchup of seniors selected by the National Association of Basketball Coaches.
