RIVERSIDE, Calif. – Fullerton Men's Basketball fell for the first time in conference play, 67-54 to UC Riverside on Saturday night.

Jalen Harris poured in 20 points on 6-13 shooting, a new career-high for the senior out of Los Angeles, Calif.

The Titans had a tough night shooting the ball, and couldn't quite find their rhythm offensively.

E.J. Anosike gave the Titans an early lead with his fourth made three of the season.

But it was the Highlanders who got off to a hot start, taking a 16-9 lead seven minutes into the game, and did not look back.

UC Riverside shot 46% from the field in the first half, and would continue to extend the lead, and by halftime were up 37-22.

The second half was a similar story.

Damari Milstead cut into the paint and euro-stepped his way to a bucket with 14:15 left in the game, to give a spark to the offense.

But shots just would not fall for the Titans on Thursday night. Despite out rebounding the Highlanders 23-16 in the second half and holding them to 8-23 from the field in the second half, Fullerton couldn't claw their way back.

Up Next: The Titans return home to host Cal Poly on Thursday at 7 p.m., followed by another home contest against CSU Bakersfield on Saturday at 6 p.m. That game will be broadcast on ESPN U.
