SEATTLE -- Sophomore Alex Harris drilled a game-tying three-pointer from the right corner with just seconds remaining in the game, but a pair of free throws by C.J. Wilcox after a foul on the ensuing inbounds pass proved to be the difference as Washington eked out a 74-72 victory over Cal State Fullerton on Sunday evening in Seattle.

D.J. Seeley finished with a game-high 24 points to lead two teammates in double figures, but it wasn't enough for the Titans (3-4 overall) as the Huskies (4-3) finished with a dominating advantage at the free throw line, ending up with 20 more attempts and 17 more makes than Fullerton for the game.

Kwame Vaughn joined Harris with 14 points apiece for the Titans, who shot 42 percent from the floor for the game, but went without a field goal for almost three minutes near the end until Harris drove to the basket to tie the game at 69-69 with 25 seconds to play.

Andrew Andrews hit a pair of free throws off a foul on the inbounds and Fullerton got what it needed when Andrews was only able to hit 1-of-2 on his next trip to the line, keeping it a one-point contest.

That's when Harris came up huge, catching a pass from Vaughn and draining a three-pointer from the corner to make it 72-72 with :07 left on the clock. The Titans came up with pressure once again, but Seeley was whistled for a reaching foul instead of corralling a steal and Wilcox calmly sank the final two points of the game to give him a team-high 21 points on the night with just over three seconds remaining.

Fullerton had one more shot to win it, but Harris' three from deep on the left side sailed to the left as the buzzer sounded.

Wilcox was joined in double figures by Desmond Simmons, who added a double-double with 14 points and 18 rebounds, Andrews with 13, and Aziz N'Diaye, who added 12 points.
