NORTHVIEW HS: Was a 4-year letterman for the Vikings and Head Coach Darren Murphy • Helped the Vikings to 4 straight 20-plus win seasons, 3-straight CIF postseasons and a CIF championship in 2008 • Never hit lower than .390 in his 4-year career, and hit .522 as a senior in 2009 en route to All-Valle Vista League recognition as well as first-team All-CIF honors • Led the Valle Vista League as a sophomore with a .415 mark as Northview reached the CIF semi-finals • Played for the Red squad in the San Gabriel Valley All-Star game in June 2009.
