Titans Drop Game Two Against Cal Poly

FULLERTON, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton baseball dropped game two of its series to Cal Poly by a final score of 6-2 Saturday night at Goodwin Field. The Titans fall to 19-29 and 11-12 in conference play. 

The Titans fell behind early after Cal Poly scored one run in the top of the first and second inning. The Mustangs added to their lead in the fourth on a two-run home run. 

Fullerton got on the board in the bottom of the fourth inning on an RBI fielder's choice by Brendan Bobo to drive in Zach Lew

Nate Nankil hit his second career home run and first at Goodwin Field in the bottom of the eighth inning on a solo shot to the balcony of the new clubhouse. 

Cal State Fullerton looks to salvage a game in the series Sunday afternoon at Goodwin Field. First pitch is set for 1:00 p.m.
