FULLERTON, Calif.  – Cal State Fullerton baseball lost to BYU Tuesday night at Goodwin Field by a final score of 10-5. The Titans are now 17-25 on the season.

BYU took an early 2-0 advantage, scoring one run in top of the first and second inning. The Titans responded with three runs in the third.

Fullerton scored on an RBI single by Caden Connor before a bases-loaded walk and hit by pitch from Brendan Bobo and Jason Brandow drove in two more runs.

The Cougars would immediately respond with six runs in the top half of the fourth inning to retake the lead which they would not surrender.

The Titans look to bounce back this weekend as they head south for a three-game conference series against UC San Diego beginning Friday night.
