FULLERTON, Calif. – After an outstanding series at the plate against UC Davis, Jackson Lyon was named Big West Field Player of the Week, the conference announced Monday. 

Lyon went 8-for-12 over the three-game series with five runs and four RBI. In game two, Lyon hit a walk-off triple to lift the Titans to a 4-3 victory over the Aggies. On the year Lyon is hitting .387 with 23 runs and 21 RBI with four home runs. 

The Titans are back in action Tuesday night against USC at Goodwin Field. First pitch is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. PT.
