Fullerton Drops Game Two at Michigan

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Cal State Fullerton Baseball lost game two of its series at Michigan Saturday afternoon by a final score of 8-2. The Titans fall to 10-19 on the season. 

With the Titans trailing 4-0 in the fourth inning, Cole Urman stepped to the plate and crushed a two-run home run over the brick wall in left field for his first career home run. 

Evan Yates got the start for the Titans and went 2.1 innings, giving up four earned runs on two hits. Cameron Weston started on the mound for Michigan and got the win to improve to 2-2 after pitching six innings, allowing two runs on nine hits. 

Fullerton looks to finish out the series with a win Sunday afternoon at Ray Fisher Stadium. First pitch is set for 10:00 a.m. PT.
