Titans Drop Game Two to UCSB

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton baseball dropped game two of its series to UC Santa Barbara Saturday evening, 7-2, at Caesar Uyesaka Stadium.

The Titans took the lead in the top of the fifth inning on an RBI single by Jackson Lyon to score J.T. Navyac from second base. UC Santa Barbara responded with four runs in the bottom of the fifth inning. 

The Gauchos added one run in the sixth inning and two in the bottom of the seventh to extend its lead to 7-1. Fullerton scored one run in the top of the ninth on an RBI single by Brendan Bobo to score Caden Connor

The Titans look to respond Sunday afternoon in the third and final game against UC Santa Barbara, looking to avoid the sweep. First pitch is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. PT.
