Titans Lose to UCLA on the Road

LOS ANGELES – Cal State Fullerton fell to UCLA at Jackie Robinson Stadium Tuesday night by a final score of 14-1.

The Titans fell behind early, giving up two runs in the first inning and four runs in the second before ultimately giving up 14 on 10 hits. 

Christian Rodriguez started the game on the mound for Fullerton and went one inning, giving up two hits and two earned runs. Rodriguez picked up his first loss of the season. 

UCLA's Sean Mullen earned the win after pitching five innings, giving up two hits and one unearned run while striking out five. 

Fullerton is back in action this weekend, facing off against USC and UCLA Friday and Saturday on the road before coming back to Goodwin Field Sunday to host Pepperdine.
