FULLERTON, Calif. – With just over one week until Cal State Fullerton begins the 2019 season, the Titans have been ranked No. 24 in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Preseason poll, the publication announced Tuesday.
The Titans have now been ranked in the top-30 in five preseason rankings leading up to the 2019 season.
Fullerton will open the season at the MLB4 Collegiate Tournament Feb. 15-17 in Arizona against No. 21 TCU, No. 1 Vanderbilt and Virginia. The Titans then host their home opener on Feb. 18 against 2018's Super Regional opponent, Washington, in a matinee game at 2:00 p.m.
