HIGH SCHOOL A 2016 graduate of St. Francis Central Coast Catholic in Watsonville, California… Played all four years on varsity at shortstop, second base, third base, and center field… Coached by Kenny Nakagawa in the Santa Cruz Coast Athletic League… As a freshman, batted .402 with 1 homerun, 13 RBI, and 14 stolen bases … As a sophomore, batted .349 with 9 RBI, and 19 stolen bases… Posted a .500 batting average with 20 RBI, and 44 stolen bases in his junior year and was named an All-State member… In his senior season, he hit .442 with 1 homerun and 22 stolen bases… Was named first-team All-League in each of his four seasons… Was also named Great West League All-Star game MVP.
