CROSS COUNTRY(2015): Did not compete.

CROSS COUNTRY SOPHOMORE (2014): Competed in six events, placing in the overall top-20 on four occasions…ran a season-best 8K time of 25:11.8 at the Big West Championships on Nov. 1, finishing 29th overall and third among CSF runners...posted his best finish at the Mustang Challenge in Santa Clarita, Calif., on Sept. 20, covering the 8K course in 25:59.5 to finish second overall and first among Fullerton participants…concluded the season at the NCAA West Regionals in third place among the CSF student-athletes and 134th overall, logging a time of 32:14.6 at the 10K event in Stanford, Calif., on Nov. 14…crossed the line as Fullerton’s top runner in three consecutive events beginning with the Mustang Challenge, the Rim Rock Farm Classic in Lawrence, Kan., on Oct. 4 (25:14.0 8K; 10th overall), and the Highlander Invitational in Riverside, Calif., on Oct. 18 (18:05.0 6K; sixth overall)…became the first male CSF runner to capture the Big West Cross Country Athlete of the Week honor at least twice in one season (weeks of Oct. 1-7 and Sept. 17-23)...named on the Big West Conference All-Academic Team.

TRACK & FIELD FRESHMAN (2014): Competed in nine events for the Titans during the 2014 outdoor track and field season... ran the 1500-meter race three times this season with his personal-best time of 3:58.31 coming at the OXY Invite on May 10 when he finished in 36th place... also recorded his highest finish in the 1500-meter run at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 18 when he placed fourth with a time of 3:59.04... competed in the 3000-meter steeplechase four times during the season and set a personal-best time of 9:18.54 at the Steve Scott Invitational to finish third... had five top-five finishes during the season.

CROSS COUNTRY FRESHMAN (2013): Competed in six events during the season…placed in the overall top-30 in four events…ran a season-best 25:26 over the 8K course at the Inter-Region Jamboree in Sacramento, Calif., on Oct. 4, finishing 72nd overall...posted his best finish at the Mustang Challenge in Santa Clarita, Calif., on Sept. 21, covering the 8K course in 25:45.25 to finish 10th overall, and third among Fullerton participants…competed in one 6K event on Oct. 19, finishing in 30th place with a mark of 18:41.2 at the Highlander Invitational…concluded the season at the Big West Championships in ninth place among the CSF runners and 54th overall, logging a time of 28:43.7 at the 8K event hosted at the Fairbanks Memorial X-Country Course in San Luis Obispo, Calif., on Nov. 2.

BUENA PARK HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year varsity letter winner in both cross country and track for the Coyotes under head coach Dan Hirsch...also played two years of varsity soccer... set personal best times in the three-mile run (15:03), two-mile run (9:41), and one-mile run (4:22).

PERSONAL 
Born in Anaheim, Calif... parents are Jose and Elvia... has one brother, David, and one sister, Breanna... majoring in business... brother David is also on the Fullerton Cross Country team... chose Fullerton because of the location to home... lists playing Fifa and soccer among some of his hobbies... favorites include: Mammoth, Big Bear (places to run), Juventus (athletic team), Andrea Pirlo (athlete), Grown Ups, The Other Guys, Kicking and Screaming (movies), Linkin Park, Rick Ross, Imagine Dragons (musical artists), "The Road" (book), pizza, crepes and chocolate ice cream (foods).
