CAREER ACCOLADES
2014 Big West Conference All-Academic Team

CROSS COUNTRY SENIOR (2014): Competed in six events, placing in the overall top-25 on two occasions…ran a season-best 5K time of 18:28.2 at the Highlander Invitational on Oct. 18 finishing 22nd overall...posted her best finish at the Big West Championships in Riverside, Calif., on Nov. 1, covering the 6K course in 21:41.3 to finish 18th overall and first among Fullerton participants…concluded the season at the NCAA West Regionals in third place among the CSF runners and 164th overall, logging a time of 23:01.5 at the 6K event in Stanford, Calif., on Nov. 14...named on the Big West Conference All-Academic Team.

OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON (2014): After an impressive indoor season, Dial had an impressive outdoor season for the Titans... mainly competing in the 800-meter run, she also participated in the triple jump... in the 800-meters she posted a season-best 2:13.60 at the Steve Scott Invite on May 4 to finish third... in the 800-meter run she finished in the top-five in six of seven events... had a season-best 4:45.87 in the 1500-meters to finish seventh at the Ben Brown Invitational on March 15... in the triple jump, she won the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 18 with a career-best leap of 36-09.00. 

INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON (2014): In her first season at Cal State Fullerton, Dial went on to break two school records and help the Titans run the women's distance medley relay for the first time in school history during the 2014 indoor track and field season... in the 800-meter run she ran a school record 2:15.89 to finish first at the Boise State Team Challenge... in the one-mile run, she ran a school best 5:06.95 to finish in ninth at the MPSF Championships on Feb 28... in the women's DMR she helped the relay team place eighth at the University of Washington Invitational with a time of 12:18.89... placed in the top-10 in all five events she competed in during the 2014 season.

CROSS COUNTRY JUNIOR (2013): Competed in five events during the season…placed in the overall top-40 in two events…ran a season-best 19:17.8 over the 5K course at the Highlander Invitational on Oct. 19, finishing 52nd overall…posted her best finish at the CSUSB Invite on Sept. 28, covering the 6K course in 24:41.5 to finish 12th among Fullerton participants and 36th overall…concluded the season competing in the Titan Invitational on Oct. 25, finishing in 67th place with a mark of 20:04.3 on the 5K course.

BAKERSFIELD COLLEGE
Ran two seasons of both cross country and track for the Renegade Knights under head coach Dave Frickel... was named Bakersfield College Most Valuable Distance Runner twice (2013, 2012)... earned All-American first team honors for the 800m, All-Conference second team honors for the 4x400m in her sophomore season... set personal best times in the 800m (2:15), triple jump (11.43m), and 4x400 (3:57).

FRONTIER HIGH SCHOOL 
Under head coach David Gaeta, Dial ran three seasons of track (2009,10,11) and one season of cross country (2011) for the Titans. 

PERSONAL 
Born in Los Angeles... mother is Lisa... has one brother, Bryan... majoring in administration... chose Fullerton because of the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics... lists biking, listening to music, and dancing among some of her hobbies... favorites include: on a track, Kern River, Bike Trail (places to run), Team USA Track and Field (athletic team), Allyson Felix, Sanya Richards-Ross, Alysia Montano (athletes), Drake, Childish Gambino, J. Cole (musical artists), "The Godfather" (book), french fries, and anything breakfast related (foods).
