TRACK & FIELD REDSHIRT SENIOR (2014): Competed in four events during the 2014 outdoor track and field season... ran the 400-meter dash once during the season finishing eighth with a time of 55.0 at the Ben Brown Invitational on March 15... participated in the 800-meter run twice, recording a season-best time of 2:00.86 at the Big West Challenge on April 11 to finish ninth... also ran the 1500-meter run at the Riverside CC Meet on March 8 and placed 17th with a time of 4:14.50.
CROSS COUNTRY REDSHIRT SENIOR (2013): Competed in one event during the season…posted a mark of 28:48.2 over the 8K course at Fullerton’s Mark Covert Classic on Aug. 31, finishing 103rd overall and 20th among CSF runners.
TRACK & FIELD JUNIOR (2013): Competed in six events for the Titans during the 2013 outdoor track and field season...particpated in two events this season (800-meter dash, 1500-meter run)...had a personal best time of 1:57.92 (71st) in the men's 800-meter dash at the Beach Invite in Cerritos, Calif. on April 19-20...posted a sixth place finish in the 800-meter dash at thr Steve Scott Invite in Irvine, Calif., on April 27-28...also competed twice in the men's 1500-meter dash and finished with his best time of 4:11.97 (53rd) at the Ben Brown Invitational in Fullerton, Calif., on March 8-9.
CROSS COUNTRY JUNIOR (2012): Did not participate.
RIVERSIDE COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Two-time All-Orange Empire Conference selection in track for the Tigers... earned All-America honors in the 4x800m and was an all-conference cross country selection as a freshman in 2010... posted bests of 49.6 in the 400m, 1:56 in the 800m, 4:07 in the 1,500m, and 22:06 in the four-mile run as a sophomore... ran a best of 4:24 in the 1,600m as a freshman... two-time Dean's List honoree... earned his associate's degree in social and behavioral sciences.

Lettered in track for two years (2008-09), basketball for four years (2006-09), and golf twice (2005-06) for the Bruins... named the 2009 track team MVP and was the Sunkist League high jump champion in 2009... posted a prep best in the long jump (21'11") as a junior and bests in the high jump (6'4"), 400m (52.3), 800m (2:06), 1,600m (4:45) as a senior.
