CAL STATE FULLERTON TRACK & FIELD SOPHOMORE (2013): Competed in seven events, one indoor track event, for the Titans during the 2013 Track and Field season. Competed in the 3000-meter run at the Run for the Dream Event on February 17 in Fresno, Calif., finishing in 12th place with a time of 10:40.86. Ran the 1500-meter twice finishing with her best time of 5:00.99 at the Mt. Sac Relays, placing 71st, on April 20. At the Big West Challenge, Amiri finished 13th in the 3000-meter run with a time of 10:54.90.
CROSS COUNTRY SOPHOMORE (2012): Ran in five cross country meets of the season...posted her best 5k time of 18:57.7 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational...had her best finish at the Big West Conference Championship finishing 45th overall (41 points) with a time of 22:05.4...Also competed at the NCAA West Regionals with a time of 23:36 finishing 196th overall.
CROSS COUNTRY FRESHMAN (2011): Competed in all but two meets for the Titans... posted a time of 19:23.53 over a 5K course at the Bill Dellinger Invitational on Oct. 1 to finish 90th (69 points)... posted her best 6K time of 22:54.4 at the UC Riverside Invitational on Sept. 17 to finish 99th (87 points)... posted her best finish at the Titans' Asics Season Opener, finishing 42nd in a time of 24:03.8 to help Fullerton to a fourth-place finish.
