Golden Misses NCAA High Jump Finals

Sacramento, Calif. - Cal State Fullerton's Jonathan Golden placed 17th in the preliminaries of the high jump Wednesday at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Sacramento and failed to qualify for Friday's finals.

Golden was among a group of jumpers who cleared 6-feet, 8 3/4 inches. A group of 16 cleared the bar at 6 feet, 10 3/4 inches.

Jordan Horn is the other Titan at the finals and he runs tonight at 8 p.m. in the 10,000 meters.
