Walnut, Calif. - Katie Wilson set personal bests in both the 200 and 400 meters to highlight Cal State Fullerton's efforts at the Mt. Sac Relays Friday.
Wilson was 14th in the women's university open 400 meters in a time of 54.57 and 28th in the 200 in 24.30. Teammate Ashley Sims ran 32nd in the latter race in 24.36 to give the Titans the Nos. 1 and 2 rankings this season in the Big West Conference.
Morgan Thompson ran 34th in the 400 in 56.23 and Javon May was 24th in the men's 400 hurdles in a seasonal best 53.40.
"Overall, it was a really positive weekend for the group," said Coach John Elders of the Mt.Sac and Cal State L.A. (Thursday) performances.
