Fayetteville, AR - Cal State Fullerton senior Garrett Myers placed 19th in the men's triple jump at the NCAA Track and Field Championships Friday after failing to qualify for the 12-man finals.

Myers jumped 51 feet or 15.54 meters on his second attempt. His first and third runs resulted in fouls.

Myers was the final Titan competing in Fayetteville. High jumper Johnathan Golden, discus thrower Jameena Hunt and hurdler Laurel Williams also went out in preliminary rounds.
