Carol Chang was born on March 31, 1990, in Taiwan... her mother is Natalie Chang of Walnut, California... Carol graduated (2008) from Rowland High School in Rowland Heights, California, where she competed in the 100, 200 and 4x100 relay... she was Scholar-Athlete of the Year for 2008... for Cal State Fullerton she ran the anchor leg of the second-place 4x100 meter relay team at the 2010 Big West Conference Championships.
