New PR's Set on Final Day of Stanford Invitational

PALO ALTO, CALIF. – The men's 4x400 relay team ran 3:09.80 to finish second overall to end the second day of racing for the Titans. The women's 4x100m relay team ran 46.56 to finish third overall and move into the number three spot in the Big West conference standings. Sela Pastrana took second in the women's triple jump after jumping a new personal best of 12.58m (41'3.25). Pastrana's jump becomes the second-best mark in the Big West Conference this season and has her tied for 18th in the West Region for the NCAA Division I outdoor season. London Lee set a new personal best as well in the women's triple jump after leaping to 12.11m (39'8.75") to finish fourth overall.

Freshman Rayann Booker ran a new personal best of 24.32 (+2.0), previously 24.82, to win her section of the women's 200m dash and move to number six on the Titans All-Time list. Booker's time places her second in the Big West standings and becomes the first freshman to run under 24.40 this season. Kyliegh Wilkerson threw 44.32m (145'5") to finish third overall in the women's discus invite.

Jeremiah Castellano ran 1:52.57 in the men's 800m to win his section after splitting 55.02 in his first 400m and closing in 57.55. Daniel Palacio finished fourth overall in the men's pole vault after clearing 4.91m (16'1.25") on his first attempt. Ernesto Collazo cleared 4.76m (15'7.25") on his first attempt to finish sixth overall.

The Titans will be back in action next week as they participate in the Challenge Cup Classic set to take place at Long Beach State on Friday March 8th.
