Hamm Continues To Lead Big West After LBSU Invite

LONG BEACH, CALIF. – Titans finish final day of the Long Beach Throws/Jumps Fest with multiple event wins and a new personal best for Sean Ayale in the men's long jump. Ayale jumped 7.11m (23'4") to secure a third-place overall finish and moves himself into the number seven slot in the Big West Conference. Iesha Hamm continued her undefeated season in the women's high jump after she cleared 1.78m (5'10"). Hamm continues to lead the Big West Conference as Conference Championships is now less than two weeks away.

Ty Wallace finished third in the women's triple jump after a leap of 12.5m. Wallace now holds the second-best triple jump in the Big West Conference. A mere five inches behind Sameerah Evans of Cal State Northridge.

Ernesto Collazo won the men's pole vault with a clearance of 4.81m. On his last attempt, Juwan Seales jumped 15.10m in the men's triple jump. Seales mark currently sits as the third best jump in the Big West Conference.

The Big West Conference Championships begin next week as the Combined events are set to begin competition Friday May 7th at UC Irvine.
