Competed in three meets ... Ran the 3K (10:10.56) and the DMR (11:52.63) at the UW Invitational ... Clocked a personal-best time of 4:58.04 in the mile at the Husky Classic ... Ran the 3K in 10:00.21 at the MPSF Championships.

CROSS COUNTRY SENIOR (2019)
Competed in six meets… started the year off running the 5K at the Mark Covert Classic, placing 7th with a time of 18:17.8… finished 8th at the USD Invite, running the 6K in 22:32.8… competed in the Joe Piane - Notre Dame Invitational and ran the 5K in 17:45.9 which was good for a 29th place finish… ran a 6K at the Highlander Invitational and placed 12th with a time of 21:20.7… ran another 6K at the Big West Championships, finished 17th with a time of 21:23.2… ended the year at the NCAA Division I West Region Cross Country Championships, running the 6K in 22:01.0 which was good for a 139th place finish.

OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SOPHOMORE (2019)
Finished the year strong with personal bests in three of her last four meets ... Clocked personal-best times of 4:31.09 (fifth place) and 10:06.07 (third place) in the 1,500 meters and 3,000 meters, respectively, at the Big West Challenge ... Posted a 5K PR at the Bryan Clay Invitational in 16:43.95 to take 10th place ... Earned a sixth-place finish at the Big West Championships with a 10K time of 36:29.91, a personal best.

INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SOPHOMORE (2019)
Clocked a 3K time of 9:57.69 in her lone individual race of the indoor season at the MPSF Championships.

CROSS COUNTRY JUNIOR (2018)
Competed in six races for the Titans during the season…Started off the season earning fourth place among the Titans (24th overall) at the Mark Covert Classic with a 5K time of 18:28.2…Posted a 5,000 meter time of 18:18.02 at the UCSB Lagoon placing seventh among CSF runners and 25th overall…Sixth Titan to finish and 17th overall at the UCR Highlander Invitational with a 5K time of 17:40.87…Placed sixth at the NCAA West Regional clocking a 6K time of 21:43.5.

PRIOR TO CAL STATE FULLERTON
Spent two years at College of the Sequioas ... 2016 Norcal Championship record holder at 17:49.5 ... Conference record holder in the 800 meters (2:14.68) and 1,500 meters (4:32.56) ... Helped lead the team to winning the 2016 and 2017 Norcal Championships and a second-place finish in the California State Championships in 2016 ...  Became State Champion with a time of 17:43 and missed the Norcal Championship record by 2 seconds and also went undefeated all season.
