OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2014): Competed in the shot put, discus, and hammer throw for the Titans during the 2014 outdoor track and field season... recorded a personal-best 46-00.50 in the shot put to place fourth at the Bryan Clay Invitational on April 18... in the discus throw he had a season-best toss of 135-00 to finish 19th at the Ben Brown Invitational on March 15... posted a personal-best heave of 170-00 to finish fourth at the Steve Scott on May 4... had six top-five finishes during the season. 

OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2013): Competed in 18 outdoor events for the Titans during the 2013 track and field season…competed in eight men’s shot put events, earning a best of 44-08.75 at the Beach Invite in Cerritos, Calif. on Apr. 19-20, finishing 43rd…his best finish was sixth place, with a throw of 43-07.25 at the Pomona Preview on Mar. 1-2…in the men’s discus throw he had the Titans best throw of 132-09 at the Big West Challenge on Apr. 12.

Ran track and field for three years and played football for two years...was a team captain, league champion and CIF qualifier for the shotput and discus his senior year...was a team captain, league champion and CIF qualifier for shotput his junior year...was a league qualifier for shotput his sophomore year.

Born in Anahiem, Calif....parents are Barbara and John...father threw discus at Cal State Los Angeles...has a brother John and a sister Christine...currently a kinesiology major...goals are to compete in the NCAA Championships and graduate from school.
