FULLERTON, Calif.—The Cal State Fullerton track and field team kicks off its 2013 season this Friday and Saturday at the Pomona Preview at Hilmer Lodge Stadium.

The Titans will be sending 50-plus athletes up to Pomona to compete with five other schools in Cal Poly Pomona, Mt. San Antonio College, Cal State Los Angeles, Cal State Dominguez Hills, and Cal State Bakersfield.

The meet will begin Friday at 1 p.m. with the hammer throw and will conclude with the 4x400 relay at 4:05 p.m. on Saturday.

Alexandria Kemp and Amanda Mercado will compete Friday on the women's side, while Kenneth Callinan, Miguel Eizenga, Isaac Hernandez, Cliff King, Emmanuel Martinez, Steven Parsons, JaQuan Scott, Daniel Walker, and Ian Sparks will compete for the men.

Saturday will be when the majority of the events will be held, as Ladan Amiri, Katie Bathgate, Calaiah Branch, Casey Candelaria, Elizabeth Claustro, Jasmyne Davis, Kara Kalmar, Melissa Kelly, Jessica Lewis, Tijerra Lynch, Celinda Manzo, Lauren McIntyre, Amanda Mercado, Alexandria Stewert, Sara Taylor, Brionna Thompson Ana Valdovinos, and Lydia Wang will compete for the women.

On the men's side, it will be Brian Aleman, Christian Aviles, Donald Bernard, Anthony Castellon, Brandon Cook, Sean Foelich, Thomas Grimes, Isaac Hernandez, Emmett Kellogg, Cliff King, Sean Krink, Kyle Lintz, Jeff Little, Taylor Lothman, Chris Martinez, Shawn McNany, TJ Moffit, Steven Parsons, Jayson Perez, Brandon Perry, Tim Reed, JaQuan Scott, Jayce Smith, Keawe Tolson, Daniel Walker, Malek Walls, and Walter Whitaker rounding out the Cal State Fullerton athletes.
