Cesar Rodriguez was born on March 19, 1992, in Mexico City, Mexico... his parents are Cesar and Maria Rodriguez of Chula Vista, California... he graduated (2010) from Eastlake High School in Chula Vista, California, where he competed in the 800, the mile and the 2-mile... he also was a varsity swimmer and was a member of the California Scholastic Federation... he works for the home events staff at Cal State Fullerton and loves music and sports.
