Competed in six meets ... won the 400m hurdles at The Big West Championships with a school-record 50.95 ... qualified for and competed in the NCAA West Prelims, breaking his own school-record in the 400m hurdles in the first round with a 50.76 to qualify for the quarterfinals ... totaled four wins in the 400m hurdles on the season 

INDOOR TRACK & FIELD (2023)
Competed in two meets ... ran a season-best 48.24 in the 400m at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic ... was part of the winning 4x400m team at the UW Preview (3:14.13)

OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD (2022)
Competed in seven meets ... was part of the winning 4x400m team at the Ben Brown Invite ... placed second in the 400H at the Johnson & Joyner-Kersee Invite with a 51.72 ... competed in the 400H at the NCAA West Preliminary Round

INDOOR TRACK & FIELD (2022)
Competed in five meets ... won the 60H at the WSU Open with an 8.28 ... was part of the winning 4x400m team at the WSU Open ... won the 400m at the Don Kirby Open & Elite with a personal-best 48.15 ... won the 60H at the MPSF Indoor Championships with an 8.17

OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD (2021)
Named 2021 Big West Men's Freshman of the Year ... Competed in nine meets ... Posted a PR in the 400m at the OC Dual with a time of 48.43 ... Clocked a 400mH PR of 51.57 at the Big West Championships to take second place ... Ran the 400mH at the NCAA West Preliminaries in 52.87 to take 41st place.

OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD (2020)
Competed in the lone meet of the season, the RCC Invitational, and posted a time of 50.51 (400 meters, third place) and ran a leg on the 4x400-meter relay ... the remainder of the season was canceled due to COVID-19.
