Cal State Fullerton graduate and former Titan volleyball player Lauren Goins joined the Athletics Development Team in the fall of 2015 as the Special Events Coordinator. From 2016 to 2018, she worked as the Director of Corporate Sponsorships.
She currently serves as the Associate Director of Development in addition to her role supervising the women’s tennis program.
Prior to her time at Cal State Fullerton, Goins served as development coordinator at the USA Volleyball Foundation in Anaheim for two and a half years, assisting in the organization’s fundraising efforts.
From 2010 to 2012, Goins worked as a graduate research assistant and sport event management lecturer at the German Sport University in Cologne, Germany.
Goins was a professional volleyball player in both Germany and the Netherlands from 2005-09.
She received her Bachelor of Science in kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton in 2005 and went on to obtain her Master of Science in sport management from the German Sport University in 2011.
As an undergraduate, she played at Cal State Fullerton from 2001-04 and was a three-time Big West Conference honorable mention selection.
