Cal State Fullerton Athletics

Marissa Lavezzari is the athletics communications assistant covering women’s basketball. Marissa started with Titans Athletics as an intern in fall 2022, assisting with men’s and women's soccer and men's golf. 

She is in the process of earning her bachelor's degree in communications with a concentration in journalism at Cal State Fullerton. 

Before CSUF, she spent two years studying at Golden West College and Orange Coast College, where she earned Associate of Arts degrees in Communication Studies and Journalism.

Marissa was the GWC Baseball and Softball reporter for two years. She spent the summer as a sports information and photography intern for the Orange County Riptide collegiate baseball team in Irvine, California. At OCC, she reported on sports, campus life, and local government issue for the Coast Report newspaper.
