Jason Akasaki joined Cal State Fullerton Athletics in November of 2021 and serves as the contact for softball, women's soccer, and men's golf
Prior to joining the Titans, he was an athletic communications assistant at El Camino College in Torrance, Calif. He helped oversaw all 22 sports the school offered. In addition, he was the primary person in charge of baseball and men's soccer at El Camino. He provided gameday assistance to every home event offerred.
In addition to his duties at El Camino, he also assisted Cal State Fullerton Athletics for years. He's done various gameday activities for men and women's soccer games, men and women's basketball, women's volleyball, softball, and baseball.
A native of nearby Placentia, he graduated from El Dorado High School. He graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 2013 with a degree in political science. He completed his masters at Long Beach State in sports management in 2015.
