Cal State Fullerton Athletics

Erin Carpenter joined CSUF Athletics as the Associate Director of Development in the spring of 2022. Prior to this, she spent two years spearheading donor relations and three years managing a large portfolio of donors for an international non-profit.

Before she began fundraising, Carpenter worked for many years with children, teens, and adults with special needs, working in school districts as well as non-profits. She still volunteers with a group of teens who have special needs and loves training the young volunteers on communication and behavior intervention.

Carpenter graduated from Biola University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology.
