Cal State Fullerton Athletics

Brittany Aikens is entering her second season with the Cal State Fullerton women's basketball program. 

Before joining the Titans, Aikens served as an assistant coach for Seattle University (2021-22), where she started as the team's director of operations for the 2020-21 season. 

Aikens graduated from Fresno State in 2016, where she played basketball after transferring from Howard Junior College following her freshman year. During her time as a Bulldog, Aikens was named the Most Improved Player and helped the program earn a spot in the Moutain West Conference championship game her senior year. Fresno's basketball program also played in the NCAA Tournament (2013-14) and the WNIT (2015-16) in her career. 

With the University of Nevada, Reno, Aikens served as the director of player development in 2019-20. She was a graduate assistant at Nevada prior to that and got experience working in the program's recruiting, opponent scouting, and player development.

Aikens earned a teaching certificate at Cal State San Bernardino and played semi-professional basketball with the SoCal Splas. With the Splash, Aikens became a conference and regional champion before making an appearance in the national tournament.
