Cal State Fullerton Athletics

In 2016 Ashley Lowery earned her bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton in Sociology, with a concentration in Inequality and a minor in Human Communications. She then made her first appearance on campus in the Athletics Department when she joined the Softball Program, under Head Coach Kelly Ford, as the program’s first Director of Operations.

After two seasons with the Softball program, Ashley began her career as a Human Resources professional in the fast-paced environment of Western Retail for three years. She later returned to the Titan Family in October of 2021 to serve as the Athletic Departments Human Resources Manager. Shortly after, Ashley took the stage with the graduating class of 2022 by earning her master’s degree from the Department of Sociology with a focus on Race and Ethnicity.
