FULLERTON, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton women's golf heads north to Washington for the Washington State Cougar Cup September 18-19th.

The Course: The course at Palouse Ridge Golf Club will play at par-72 with a 6,200-yard track…teams will play 36 holes Monday, beginning at 8:30 a.m. with a shotgun start…the tournament concludes Tuesday with 18 holes beginning with an 8 a.m. shotgun start…opened in August 2008, Palouse Ridge Golf Club is a championship-level golf course on the WSU campus…the course played host to the 2012 Pac-12 Women's Golf Championship,  2013 NCAA Men's Golf Pullman Regional, and the 2015 Pac-12 Men's Golf Championship…the course has been named to Golfweek's Top College Courses List for the last three years, coming in at sixth in 2016.

The Field: Including Fullerton, there will be eight universities competing in the tournament including Idaho, Idaho State, Montana State, Oklahoma City Universities, Sacramento State, Seattle University and University of British Columbia.

Last Time on the Green: The Titans finished in second place at the Battle at Old Works Tournament September 11-12th. Fullerton shot a 23-over par 887 over three rounds. Pauline Welker tied for third with a 2-over par 218. Elsa Lundquist tied sixth with a 3-over par 219 while Brittany Farrell tied 15th with a 9-over par 225.

2016 Cougar Cup: Last year in Washington the Titans finished tied for second with Washington State with a total score of 868. Martina Edberg Claimed a victory while Brittany Farrell tied for seventh and Pauline Welker tied 15th.
