Irvine, Calif. - Senior Brittany Moore was named Big West Conference Player of the Week and a CVU.com Top Performer after putting up 60 kills and 34 digs in a pair of road wins for Cal State Fullerton last weekend.

The awards are the second of the season and the league award is the fourth of her career.

Moore led the Titans to a pair of five-set Big West Conference victories with one of the best-back-to-back offensive performances in Titan history. The outside hitter averaged 6.00 kills and 3.40 digs per set as the Titans earned their eighth and ninth league victory (new CSF record), while clinching their first-ever winning conference season.

Moore missed her career high in kills by one Friday night against the Aggies, posting 29 kills and also added 18 digs and three blocks as the Titans made a miraculous comeback after trailing 21-16 in set three, down two games to none.

The El Modena High School product then set a new career high with 31 kills in Stockton on Saturday night and hit .333. By adding 16 more digs, she extended her streak to six matches reaching double-digits in both kills and digs. The 31 kills were the most any Titan had collected since Moore posted 30 last October against UC Riverside.

To boot, the Orange, Calif., native became the all-time leading points-getter after recording her 1748th career point on Saturday night. She also inched her way towards her 1500th career kill (1492, second best in CSF history) and recorded her 4039th attack attempt, inching her a step closer to the all-time lead in that category.

The Titans now have 11 all-time Big West Conference Player of the Week Awards, with four of them belonging to Moore. She also becomes the first Titan to ever garner the award twice in one year.

Moore will be honored at Senior Night on Saturday in Titan Gym prior to the match versus Long Beach State (7 p.m.)
