The two continue to ranks among the top ten in conference in attack percentage, with Pfielschiefter coming in at No. 4 with a .323 average on the season.

With a victory against UC Riverside on Nov. 17, the Titans will not only tie a school record for the most conference victories in a season (6), but they will ensure the team's best-ever winning percentage. With a pair of victory's to close out the season they will tie the school record with an 18-win season for the first time since 1981.

VERSUS THE HIGHLANDERS: Cal State Fullerton is 10-4 all-time against UC Riverside including wins in their last three meeting. On Sept. 28, the Titans downed the Highlanders 30-27, 30-19, 30-12, at Titan Gym led by a 15-kill attack and a four-block performance by Julie Geissert, improving to 13-2 on the season.

VERSUS THE TOREROS: Fullerton is 8-14 all-time against San Diego since their first meeting in 1980. The Titans have lost the last 12 meetings including last year's matches that thwarted Fullerton's chance at a winning season on the final day of the year.

QUICK HITS:

&\#149; Vanessa Vella dug her way into the Big West Conference record books on Nov. 12 collecting her 1,565th career dig. She currently ranks No. 9 all-time in the conference history as a junior. She currently sits just 146 digs away from the top spot held by UCSB's Kristin Nelson (2001-04). The libero will likely break the record early in the 2007 season.

&\#149; With a victory on Oct. 28 over Pacific, Cal State Fullerton insured just its third-ever winning season in the program's existence. The Titans have now tied the 1996 team with the second-highest win total with 16. Fullerton needs just two more victories in its remaining four matches to tie the best-ever win total set by Fran Cumming's 1981 team that posted a 18-17 record.

&\#149; Fullerton's current .592 winning percentage is the highest mark in the school's history. The 1996 team (16-13) holds the record by putting up a .552 percentage.

&\#149; This year's team started off 5-0, tying a school record (1985, 87, 96) with most consecutive wins to start a season. Then later posted a seven-match winning streak from Sept. 8 to Sept. 21, the best-ever streak in the program's history. The winning streak was snapped by Cal State Northridge on Sept. 23 as the Matadors downed the Titans, 3-1 in Northridge. The team would go on to the school's best-ever start at 12-1 before earning their second loss.

&\#149; The Titans recorded 14 straight winning games from Sept. 8 to Sept. 16 over a span of five matches to set a new school record. The old record was held by the 1996 squad, which posted 12 wins in a row from Oct. 9 to Oct. 14 over a span of four matches.

&\#149; The Titans were 11-0 in tournament play this season, winning three tournament titles (Four Points Titan Classic, Comcast Logo Invitational, and the Holiday Inn Fullerton Classic) in a season for the first time in the history of the program. Fullerton also competed in the Long Beach State Tournament, going 2-0. The Titans did not place in the tournament because they did not play a full tournament schedule. The Titans lost just 6 of 39 games in tournament play.

&\#149; Sophomore Brittany Moore was just the sixth Big West Player of the Week in the program's existence on 9/4/06, and first since 2004 (Lauren Goins, OH). Breanna Turdeau became the Titans' seventh on 11/6/06. 2006 marked the first-time in program history that the Titans garnered two player of the weeks in one season.

&\#149; The team's 28-29 record over the past two seasons (2004-05) has given them the best winning percentage (.491) in back-to-back years in the program's 30-year existence. With 28 wins from 2004 to 2005, and 16 victories so far in 2006, the squad has amassed 44 wins, the most wins in any three-year period in the program's history.

&\#149; The 2006 Big West Preseason Coaches' Poll has predicted a fifth place finish for the Titans - their highest preseason ranking ever. The Titans have never won more than 6 conference matches in the history of the program.

&\#149; The Titans ended a 25-year, 52-match losing streak to UC Santa Barbara on Nov. 4 with a 23-30, 30-25, 30-22, 19-30, 15-10 victory.

&\#149; Away from Titan Gym, the Titans are 6-7 on the year, but just 2-7 in true "road games" held at the opponents' arena. Fullerton posted a 4-0 neutral site record this season in tournament play. Over the past three seasons the Titans are 5-24 in true road games.
