LONG BEACH, Calif. – Haley Carmo led the Titans in kills for the second straight match, but it wasn't enough, as Long Beach State defeated Cal State Fullerton 3-0 (25-6, 25-21, 25-14), Tuesday evening at The Pyramid.
Carmo led the Titans in kills with six, while Alicia Dennis chipped in with five kills. Nenna Dimas led Fullerton in digs with nine and Tyler Fezzey came through with seven to go along with a block assist
Courtney Mueller racked up a team-best 16 assists. Maya Riddlesprigger was efficient, coming through with three kills on six total attacks to go along with a block assist.
The Titans look ahead to the weekend, where they'll host Hawai'i on Saturday at 7 pm PT.
