FULLERTON, Calif.--- The Cal State Fullerton volleyball spring exhibition is in full swing, as the Titans will participate in four tournaments this spring, concluding with their spring fundraising event on April 29th.
The Titans kicked off their spring campaign at Concordia (Irvine, Calif.), playing two matches on March 18th against Azusa Pacific and Concordia.
Fullerton is back in action this weekend, as it heads to Big West rival Long Beach State for three spring matches against west coast powers in USC, San Diego State and Arizona. Both USC and Arizona qualified for the NCAA Tournament a season ago, with Wildcats reaching the Sweet Sixteen. Fullerton will take on the Trojans at 9 am PT, SDSU at 11:30 am PT and conclude with Arizona at 1:15 pm PT.
The Titans will then head up to Los Angeles, as they'll play at USC on April 1st. Pepperdine, Cal Baptist, Azusa Pacific, USC and Fresno State will participate in the event.
Fullerton will take on Pepperdine at 9 am PT, Cal Baptist at 10 am PT, Azusa Pacific at noon PT and will conclude with USC at 1 pm PT.
The Titans will then head down south and complete their spring road schedule at San Diego State on April 22nd. That schedule is still to be announced.
Fullerton concludes its 2017 spring slate with its Fours Volleyball Tournament Fundraiser from 3 – 6 pm PT on April 29th inside Titan Gym.
Titans present and past will compete against each other in a fun-filled day of volleyball. Food and refreshments will be available for spectators and participants, while various gift baskets will be raffled off during the event.
