Fullerton, Calif. - UC Irvine didn't lose a set Tuesday while defeating Cal State Fullerton, 7-0, in a Big West Conference women's tennis match on the Titan courts. The Anteaters improved to 9-5 overall and 3-1 in the Big West while the Titans fell to 5-6, 0-3.

Fullerton's Tiffany Mai put up the most resistance, losing her No. 1 singles match to Kristina Smith, 7-5, 6-1, and teaming with Morgan McIntosh at No. 1 doubles for an 8-7 loss to Smith and Courtney Byron.

UCI's next match is Wednesday at home to Colorado State, which visits Fullerton Sunday. The Titans also have a Thursday afternoon home match vs. Portland.
