LOS ANGELES, Calif. - The Cal State Fullerton Titans women's tennis team were swept 4-0 at LMU on Friday afternoon at the LMU Tennis Courts.  

The Titans started the match down a point after dropping the doubles point. The No. 1 pairing of Natalie Duffy and Camila Garcia won their match to make it 1-1 in doubles.  However, the No. 3 pairing of Megan Tagaloa and Mariia Nikitash lost their match to give the doubles point to LMU. 

Doubles
No. 1 Garcia/Duffy defeated Miroshnichenk/Voracek (LMU) 6-1
No. 2 Olmos/Taylor were defeated by Sofia Munera/Tcherkes-Zade (LMU) 6-1
No. 3 Tagaloa/Nikitash were defeated by Paradisi/Rogozinska-Dzik (LMU) 6-4 
Order of Finish: 2,1,3

The Titans were also swept in singles play and lost three matches as the Lions completed the sweep.

No. 3 Garcia (CSF) was defeated by Eva Marie Voracek (LMU) 0-6, 1-6
No. 4 Nikitash (CSF) vs. Munera (LMU) 2-6, 1-2, unfinished
No. 5 Taylor (CSF) was defeated by Paradisi (LMU) 0-6, 1-6
No. 6 Tagaloa (CSF) was defeated by Tcherkes-Zade (LMU)  2-6, 0-6

The Titans will begin Big West match play and return home on Monday, February 20th at the Titan Courts.  First serve is set for 12:00 p.m.
