FULLERTON, Calif. - The Cal State Fullerton Titans won their third match in a row to start the 2023 spring dual season as they defeated the Point Loma Nazarene Sea Lions 4-0 on Tuesday afternoon at the Titan Courts.

The Titans won their third straight match to start the season under head coach Trang Huynh-McClain after defeating Azusa Pacific and Westcliff to start the season.

The Titans took a 1-0 lead into singles after getting the doubles point on wins by the No. 1 pairing of Duffy/Olmos and the No. 3 pairing of Gevorgyan and Nikitash.

The Titans were able to finish off the singles with three wins by Kaytlin Taylor, Zoe Olmos, and Natalie Duffy.  Taylor doubled bageled her opponent taking the 6-0, 6-0 sweep first.  Zoe Olmos defeated her opponent in straight sets.  Natalie Duffy needed a third set to defeat her opponent in a match-up of No.1s.

The Titans head up to Northern California this weekend to take on San Jose State and Santa Clara on Saturday February, 11th and Sunday February, 12th.
