SAN DIEGO, Calif. - The Cal State Fullerton Titans women's tennis team concluded their first tournament of the season on Sunday at the San Diego State Fall Classic.

The Titans had three (two singles, one doubles pairings) opportunities to win the bracket they were placed into but came up short in all three finals on Sunday.

In the singles black bracket, Kaytlin Taylor lost against Emma Moratalla Sanz (CSUN) 6-3, 6-3.

Natalie Duffy lost against Sarah Medik (LBSU) 6-4, 3-6, 6-4 in the white bracket.

The doubles pairing of Duffy and Yanotoskaya lost 6-4 against Ho/Santibanez Luna of CSUN.

Zoe Olmos won her final two matches of the tournament as she defeated Sasha Turchak (CSUN) 6-3, 4-6, 7-5 to win her consolation side of the white bracket.

In the singles red bracket consolation final, Diana Yanotoskaya lost to Justine Dondonay (LBSU) 7-5, 6-4. Camila Garcia lost to Dermeniyan of CSUN 5-7, 6-1, 6-1.

The pairing of Garcia and Olmos defeated Tranberg/Dondonay (LBSU) 6-3 in the doubles red bracket consolation side.

The pairing of Megan Tagaloa/Kaytlin Taylor lost 6-0 against Ramstedt/Medik of LBSU.

The Titans will head to Long Beach next weekend for the Long Beach Invitational.
