IRVINE, Calif. - Megan Delgadillo has been named the Big West Freshman of the Week. The conference announced on Monday.

• Cal State Fullerton outfielder Megan Delgadillo earned her second Big West Softball Freshman Player of the Week award as the offensive star at its home tournament – the Judi Garman Classic.

• Delgadillo had at least one hit in five of the team's six games, helping the Titans to a 4-2 record.

• She hit .381 (8-for-21) with four runs scored and also stole a base.

• In a 1-0 win against Texas Tech, Delgadillo led off the game with a triple and scored the game's only run.

• She singled in a 4-3 win over California, went 2-for-3 with a run scored in a 3-1 triumph against Boise State, and finished 3-for-4 with a run scored in a setback to Fresno State in the tourney finale.
