IRVINE, Calif. - Alexa Neil has been awarded her second straight Big West Freshman of the Week award and third overall this season.
• Neil hit for a .643 average with nine hits in 14 at-bats.
• The utility player recorded a hit in all four games over the week with multi-hit performances in three.
• The rookie has 12 multi-hit games this season to lead the Titans and has improved her season average above .400 to lead the squad.
• Neil recorded two 3-hit games including a perfect 3-3 performance in the first game against LMU with a double, a pair of runs scored and an RBI.
