FULLERTON, Calif. – Coming off a huge series win over No. 18 Long Beach, Cal State Fullerton hits the road for the fourth time this year as they head to Hawaii for a three-game set against the Rainbow Wahine.

Hawaii currently sits in a tie for third with a 4-5 conference record and are 20-18 overall on the season. They are coming off a 1-2 weekend against UC Santa Barbara.

Cailee Heen leads the offense with a .368 average which ranks 8th best in the conference. She also leads the team with 22 runs, 13 home runs, 31 RBI, a .792 on-base percentage, and a .464 slugging percentage.

In the circle, things are led by Brittany Hitchcock who sports a 1.97 ERA in 10 appearances. She has struck out 42 while only walking 14 in 53.1 innings. Dana Thomsen leads the team in appearances with 26 on the season. She has a 3.03 ERA in 145.2 innings of work.

For Fullerton, Bryanna Ybarra is coming off a great weekend after leading the team hitting .500 with a pair of RBI. Overall, the offense as a whole contributed in the Long Beach series as nobody really stood out. Julia Valenzuela walked off the hero to win the series with a two-out, two-RBI double in the bottom of the seventh to give the Titans an 8-7 win in the rubber match. Brooke Clemetson and Deshea Hill, the two offensive leaders of the Titans all season will look to bounce back this series after being held in check for the most part. Clemetson did swipe her 28th bag of the season setting the single-season record in program history.

In the circle, Trish Parks was the ace this past weekend collecting both wins of the series including out-dueling the 49er ace in game two. Overall, she threw 9.2 innings only allowing five runs on 11 hits. For the first time in well over a month, Sophie Frost didn't go the distance going six innings while allowing seven runs in the series opener. She did bounce back in her appearance in game number three tossing 1.2 innings only allowing one run to come across.

Game one between the Titans and Rainbow Wahine will be Friday at 9:00 p.m. PT. Games two and three will be a Saturday double-header starting at 5:00 p.m. (PT) at the Rainbow Wahine Softball Stadium.
