CAL STATE FULLERTON

SUMMER 2006: Joined former Cal State Fullerton All-American Marlene Sandoval on the Mexican Women's National Team for the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil... helped Mexico to a fourth-place finish overall after going 3-1 in group play, falling to the eventual gold medalists from Brazil in the semifinals and Canada in the bronze medal game... appeared in all six of Mexico's matches, starting the team's final four games.

REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2006): One of seven players to appear in all 22 matches, making 18 starts after coming back from a knee injury... scored a pair of goals and added an assist to rank tied for eighth on the team in scoring... had one of the team's two goals in a one-goal loss to No. 23 Texas on the road and added the game-winning goal in a 1-0 victory over UC Davis... also tallied an assist on Fullerton's lone score against No. 3 UCLA in the second round of the NCAA Tournament... took a season-high two shots in a match five times on the year.

SOPHOMORE (2005): Redshirted the season after suffering a knee injury.

FRESHMAN (2004): Appeared in all 20 matches, making six starts... led the team with four assists... had a career-best two assists in a 3-1 victory over Fresno State... also had an assist on the game-winning goal against Cal Poly and on the overtime game-winner against Cal State Northridge... had a career best two shots in five different matches.

SUMMER 2004: Alternate for the Mexican Women's National Team at the 2004 Summer Olympic Games in Athens, Greece.

FALLBROOK HS

Lettered four years for the Warriors... three-time All-CIF honoree, including first-team honors as a junior... named to the CIF-San Diego Section Division I Second Team as a senior... set a school record with 28 goals as a sophomore... a four-time All-Avocado League honoree, including three first-team honors.

Born Dec. 3, 1985, in Bellflower, Calif... parents are Juan and Maria... one of seven children that includes three older brothers (John, Joshua, Matthew), an older sister (Bonnie), and two younger sisters (Tiffany, Candice)... also considered San Diego State and MBU... Chicana and Chicano Studies major.
