HIGH SCHOOL
She graduated from Bishop Feehan High School in Attleboro, Ma in 2022.  She lettered in soccer for all four years.  She was a member of the All Stars team her junior year and was named a Player to Watch by the Boston Globe for her senior year.  She was a member of the school's honor roll.  Her team won the 2020 CCL Cup Championship and was ranked the No. 1 team in Massachusetts.

PERSONAL
She was born in Newton, Massachusetts to Joseph Franchino and Denise O'Rourke.  She was one younger sibling, Owen Carter.  She plans on majoring in communication/journalism because she wants to have a future career in sports broadcasting.  She enjoys being in front of the camera and grew up wanting to be like the sideline reporters who would interview athletes on tv..  She chose Cal State Fullerton because her dream was to play collegiate soccer in California.  Fullerton was one of the first schools to reach out and she built a great relationship with the coaching staff.  She loved the team environment and approach to the game.  Her dad played at Cal State Fullerton in 1994 and 95 before going to Washington and eventually playing in Major League Soccer with the LA Galaxy and New England Revolution.  She spends most of her free time with friends and enjoys taking photos and videos and editing videos.  She loves baking and finding new healthy snack recipes on pinterest.  Her superstition is to pray before each game.  She models her game after Julie Ertz because of her aggressive style of play.  Favorites include ; Gnocchi (Food), Julie Ertz (Athlete), a Star is Born (Movie), Ed Sheeran (Musical Artist), It Ends With Us (Book), Adam Sandler (Actor) Jon & Vinnys (Restaurant)
